Billing & renewal

How does the billing cycle work?

  • For a monthly subscription, your card is charged every month on the same date.
  • For an annual subscription, a single charge covers 12 months.

You can check the next due date in DashboardAccountBilling.

Can you modify your subscription during the term?

Yes.

  • For the Pro account, go to DashboardAccountAccount SettingsProfile.
  • For a distribution plan, go to DashboardYour AppSettingsSubscription.

How to cancel?

The Cancel your subscription button is available:

  • Pro Account: AccountAccount SettingsProfile
  • Distribution Plan: Your AppSettingsSubscription

⚠️ Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions are tacitly renewed. Cancel before the due date to avoid automatic charges.

Managing your payment methods

Go to DashboardAccountBilling.

Add, delete, or replace a card

  • To modify your payment method, click on the °°° menu.

  • To add a payment method, click the + Add a payment method button. Enter the information and click Add.

Card declined

  1. Check the limit or 3D Secure authentication.
  2. Try 2-3 more times.
  3. If the issue persists, contact your bank before reaching out to PandaSuite support.

Invoices & billing information

Download your invoices

Go to DashboardAccountBilling.

Click on the invoice, then the Download the invoice button to print or save.

Update address or VAT

Modify the fields in Billing. Changes apply only to future invoices.

Retrospective Modification

For legal reasons, an already issued invoice cannot be modified.

VAT & Taxes

  • EU Clients: VAT is applied based on your country if no valid VAT number is provided.
  • Outside EU: The amount is billed excluding taxes.

Discounts & Coupons

Using a coupon

  1. In the payment window, click on the Add a discount coupon button.
  2. Enter the code → Apply.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I cancel my Publishing plan?

  • In the case of a monthly plan, the app becomes private; new users can’t download it.
  • Existing users retain access, without updates.
  • With an autonomous export (annual or one-time payment), your app remains functional outside of PandaSuite.

Can I get a quote or a pro-forma invoice?

Yes. Contact our sales team specifying the desired plan, duration, number of users/apps, and billing details.
