**To connect your application to another service (Gmail, Twilio, Airtable...) via Zapier, create a webhook on Zapier.**\
Zapier allows you to connect PandaSuite with third-party applications to automate workflows. Here are the simple steps to help you use Zapier with PandaSuite.

> **Info**
>
> 💡 **Knowledge of Zapier required**: Please note that it is your
> responsibility to know how to set up and use Zapier. PandaSuite support cannot
> help you configure Zapier and/or the services you want to connect your
> application to.

## 1. Create a zapier account

Go to <https://zapier.com/>

There is no official integration between Zapier and PandaSuite. To connect your application to Zapier, you need a custom webhook. The **Webhooks by Zapier** trigger requires a Premium account (from €17 per month).

> **Info**
>
> 🤔 There are alternatives to Zapier: you can use
> [Integromat](https://docs.pandasuite.com/essentials/integrations/connect-to-make-integromat/)
> in the free account to create a custom webhook.

Create an account and click the button **Make a Zap**.

## 2. Choose the trigger: webhook by zapier

In the Triggers list, look for **Webhooks by Zapier**.

## 3. Select the trigger event: catch hook

In the **Trigger Event** list, select **Catch Hook** and click **Continue**.

Copy and paste the Zapier webhook URL into your clipboard: you'll need it to configure your application in PandaSuite.

**CONTINUE** button.

## 4. Test the trigger

Zapier asks you to send a request from your application to test your trigger.

[Image: Find Data step in Zapier: Zapier asks you to send a request to the webhook URL, then to click Test trigger]

Return to PandaSuite Studio to launch a request before finalizing the Zap.

## 5. Insert the http component

Click on **Components** and insert an **HTTP** component to connect to Zapier.

In the properties, insert the URL of the webhook in the **URL** field.

Choose the **Method** to send or receive data. If you want to send data, use the POST method. Choose the type of data that will be the object of your request, here **JSON**.

## 6. Start the request

Configure the request

Select the trigger and create a new action: **Interact with a component** > **HTTP** > **Start request**.

[Image: Action of the Send SMS button: on a single tap/click, Start request on the HTTP component, with Override the request and the Content to send]

In **Content**, choose the data you want to send to Zapier: the text entered by the user, an image etc. Click on **Preview** and run the first time on this button.

## 7. Finalize the zap

Now that you have made an initial request, Zapier can determine the new structure.

Back in your Zapier scenario, a message appears: **We found a request**

[Image: Find Data step in Zapier with the We found a request! message and the data received from PandaSuite, here a phone number]

Now you can set up the action.

## 8. Add a service

In the action list, you can add one or more other apps that you want to connect. The options available depend on the apps.

If the app you want to connect supports data from your app, you can determine where your data goes in the connected service.

## 9. Discover the magic

Finalize and test your scenario.
