# Cancel your PandaSuite subscription

> Learn how to cancel your Pro account or broadcast package (Web, Single, Multi, Full) from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.

You can cancel a subscription at any time and on your own.

## Cancel pro account

Click your name at the bottom left of the dashboard, then **Account**. In the **Profile** tab, the **Manage subscription** section shows your plan.

Click **Cancel subscription**, then [confirm the cancellation](https://docs.pandasuite.com/account/subscription/cancel-your-pandasuite-subscription/#confirm-the-cancellation).

## Cancel web, single, multi or full plan

Go to **Apps** and select your application.

Click **Settings**, then open the **Subscription** tab.

Click **Cancel subscription**, then [confirm the cancellation](https://docs.pandasuite.com/account/subscription/cancel-your-pandasuite-subscription/#confirm-the-cancellation).

An app financed by an organization license has no subscription to cancel: its **Subscription** tab offers to [release the license](https://docs.pandasuite.com/account/subscription/pay-with-an-organization-license/#release-the-license) instead.

## Confirm the cancellation

The cancellation ends on a secure Stripe page. Select the reason why you are leaving, click **Continue to cancellation**, and follow the steps to confirm.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period: you keep its features until that date, and you are not charged again.
