Manage your organization
An organization groups the PandaSuite accounts of your company. It holds the licenses of your contract with PandaSuite (seats for your editors and licenses for your apps) and the members who use them.
The PandaSuite team creates the organization when you sign your contract, and makes you its owner. Contact our sales team to set one up.
Open your organization
- In the dashboard, click your name at the bottom left, then Account.
- Open the Enterprise tab. The Enterprises list shows the organizations you own or belong to, with your Role: Owner or Member.
- Click your organization to open its page. Only its owner can open it.
Follow the licenses
The top of the page shows one card per line of your contract, with the number of licenses used out of the total. A full line turns red. An unlimited line shows the number used, followed by unlimited.
- Editors › Member seats: the PandaSuite accounts of your members.
- [Plan name] plan › App licenses: the apps your members can activate with this plan, without paying for them. Read Pay for an app with an organization license.
Financed apps lists the apps your members activated with a license of the organization, with their Plan, the Member who owns them, and their Status (Active or Suspended). An app in the trash is marked In the trash: it keeps its license until you release it.
To give a license back, click the Release the license icon on the row of the app, then Release in the Release the license? window. The app is no longer financed by the organization and is deactivated. Its owner can activate it again later, with a license or a plan.
Manage the members
In the Members section:
- Add a member: type an email address in the field, then click Add. PandaSuite creates a new account with this address, which takes one of the Member seats: a seat must be free. The member then sets a password with Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If an account already exists with this address, it joins your organization when the person signs in with your SSO, or the PandaSuite team attaches it: contact us.
- Choose a role: in the Role column, choose Member, Publisher, or Admin. Only the owner of the organization changes roles.
- Remove a member: click the trash icon on the member’s row, then Remove in the Remove member window. The member loses access to the organization immediately, and the seat is freed.
The role decides which app licenses a member can use. Publishers and admins can activate apps on every license line. Members can only use unlimited lines.
If your organization uses single sign-on, turn on Automatically create users when they sign in: the accounts of your colleagues are created the first time they sign in with SSO. The Single Sign-On section of the same page holds the SSO configuration: read Implement SSO authentication.
